Room parents are essential for creating a positive classroom environment and sense of community at WSE. They help coordinate class parties, staff gifts, class activities, and communicate between teachers and families throughout the school year. As a PTO, our goal is to extend radical hospitality to our students, staff, and community; room parents make this possible. Their support allows teachers to focus more on teaching while also fostering a sense of community among parents and students. By being actively involved, room parents help make the classroom experience more engaging and enjoyable for everyone.
