Join us for our first annual WSE Fun Day + Movie Night on September 30th. The Fun Day portion will be 3pm - 6pm. There will be fun indoor/outdoor activities, face painting, balloon artists, music, snacks, drinks, 360 video booth, special appearances by KC Wolf, fire truck, and our very own Scout.
The Fun Day portion is a paid ticketed event. All attendees (over age 3) will require a Fun Day pass which lets you enjoy all the activities, including set of coupon tickets redeemable for drinks and snacks (Food truck vendors and cotton candy not included). Drinks and snacks will also be available for purchase as well.
The fun continues straight into our annual WSE Movie Night from 7pm-9pm. Movie Night portion remains a free event for all to attend. Bring your lawn chairs, blankets, and enjoy a family friendly movie on our school field under the stars. There will be food to purchase from food trucks featuring: Taco-ish, Minsky's Pizza, Tina's Truck, Kona Ice, Chick-fil-A.

How much does it cost?
Fun Day passes are $20 per individual passes and $65 for a family pack of 4 passes.
Movie night tickets are free.
Do I have to buy a ticket to come to Movie Night? It was free in previous years.
No, Movie Night does NOT require a paid ticket. It remains a FREE event. A $0 ticket is purely for head count tracking purposes.
What's included in the Fun Day pass?
Included with each paid Fun Day pass is:
- Blue bracelet - acts as your pass and gives you entry to the Fun Day
- Access to all Fun Day activities including field games, face painting, 360 video booth, balloon artist, and more
- 4 coupon tickets redeemable for snacks and drinks during the event (Food truck vendors and cotton candy not included)
- Fresh popcorn
Purchased passes can be picked up ahead of the event on 9/29 at the school 4pm - 6pm to avoid lines. Or picked up at the event.
What's NOT included in the paid pass?
While the pass grants you access to most of the fun for Fun day, there are some exclusions: (noted with $$ above)
- Food from food trucks can be purchased separately
- Cotton candy can be purchased separately (If you pre-purchased, provide your name at concession stand, and we can look up your order.)
- Snacks and drinks can be purchased in absence of coupon tickets
How do I get my pass?
Come to the registration table in the gym (south side doors) to get your goodie bag(s) when you first arrive.
If you pre-purchased tickets online, you will receive your goodie bag(s) which include some fun items, but mostly importantly your blue bracelet will act as your pass to all the Fun Day activities. Please wear this when in attendance.
If you have not purchased passes, you can do so online or you can do it at the registration table on-site (cash only).
Will you accept credit card at the event?
We will accept cash and credit card on-site at the concession stand only. There you can purchase snacks and drinks in the absence of coupon tickets ($1 each), and cotton candy ($10 each).
Registration table will sell additional Fun Day passes, but will be cash only.
Payments accepted by food truck vendor will vary.
What are coupon tickets?
In your goodie bag, along with your Fun Day blue bracelet pass, are 4 coupon tickets. Coupon tickets can be used to redeem snacks (e.g. chips, candy, fruit snacks) or drinks (e.g. water, juice, sports drink) throughout Fun Day and Movie Night at the concession stand in the cafeteria.
1 coupon ticket = 1 item (except for cotton candy).
Coupon tickets are transferable, but NOT refundable.
Where do I get my coupon tickets?
In your goodie bag, along with your Fun Day blue bracelet pass, are 4 coupon tickets. You will receive this goodie bag at the registration table in the gym when you first arrive.
Additional coupon tickets ($1) can be pre-purchased online. Pre-purchased coupon tickets can be picked up at the registration table when you arrive. Provide your name, and we can look up your order.
I've run out of coupon tickets, do I have to buy more?
No, you can purchase drink and snacks directly with cash or credit card at the concession stand in the absence of coupon tickets.
How much is cotton candy?
$10 per bag.

We encourage pre-purchasing cotton candy online through our Store, and pick up at concession stand. Provide your name, and we can look up your order.
Where do I get cotton candy?
At the concession stand.

Can I drop my child off and pick them up later?
We encourage all children to be accompanied by an adult.
Will there be bathrooms?
Yes, the bathrooms in the school will be open and available.
Do we have to stay the whole time?
You're welcome to come and go as you please through out the event. Just remember to wear your bracelet pass for access to Fun Day portion (3-6). No bracelet pass needed for Movie Night portion (7-9).
What do I do during the gap between 6pm-7pm?
During this transition period from Fun Day to Movie Night, grab dinner from the food trucks, set up your perfect viewing spot on the field for watching the movie, or just take a break and relax while the movie gets set up.
How will I know if I win the silent auction?
Silent auction winners will be contacted in the following week via email or phone number provided on the bid sheet.
But I still have questions.
Volunteers will be distributed around the event, so reach out to them for any assistance. And there will be someone at the registration table the whole time as well.
