Family Fun Day & Movie Night 2024

WSE PTO invites you to join us for our annual WSE Family Fun Day + Movie Night on October 5th 2024. There will be carnival games galore, face painting on hand, a balloon artist to make wacky animals and props, and photo booth to capture memories with your friends and family...a long with a few special appearances. We promise it's the most fun you can have at school. You won't want to miss it!

The Family Fun Day portion is a paid ticketed event. All attendees (over age 3) will require a Family Fun Day ticket which lets you enjoy all the activities, drinks, hot dogs, and snacks (Food truck vendors not included).

We are in need of parents to help run the games. Family Fun Day & Movie Night is only successful with help from our parent volunteers. Volunteers get 2 free Family Fun Day passes. Sign up for a slot today!

MOVIE NIGHT

The fun continues straight into our annual WSE Movie Night from 7pm-9pm. Movie Night portion remains a free event for all to attend. Bring your lawn chairs, blankets, and enjoy a family friendly movie on our school field under the stars. There will be food to purchase from food trucks featuring: Minsky's Pizza, Kona Ice, Chick-fil-A, KC Mobile Munchies.

How much does it cost?

Family Fun Day tickets are $20 per individual tickets and $65 for a family pack of 4 passes.

Movie night tickets are free.

Do I have to buy a ticket to come to Movie Night? It was free in previous years.

No, Movie Night does NOT require a paid ticket. It remains a FREE event. A $0 ticket is purely for head count tracking purposes.

What's included in the Family Fun Day ticket?

Included with each paid Family Fun Day ticket is:

Bracelet - acts as your pass and gives you entry to the Family Fun Day
Access to all Family Fun Day activities including carnival games, face painting, photo booth, balloon artist, hot dogs, snacks, drinks (Food truck vendors not included)

Purchased bracelets can be picked up ahead of the event on 10/4 at the school gym 4pm - 5pm to avoid lines or picked up at the event.

What's NOT included in the paid ticket?

Tickets grants you access to all of the fun for Family Fun Day, but food from food trucks are to be purchased separately (noted with $$ above)

How do I get my bracelet?

Come to the registration table in the gym (south side doors) to purchase your ticket when you first arrive.

If you pre-purchased tickets online, you will receive your bracelet which will act as your ticket to all the Family Fun Day activities. Please wear this when in attendance.

If you have not purchased tickets, you can do so online or you can do it at the registration table on-site.

Will you accept credit card at the event?

Yes, registration table will sell additional Family Fun Day tickets and can accept credit cards.

Payments accepted by food truck vendor will vary.

Can I drop my child off and pick them up later?

All children must be accompanied by a ticketed adult.

Will there be bathrooms?

Yes, the bathrooms in the school will be open and available.

Do we have to stay the whole time?

You're welcome to come and go as you please through out the event. Just remember to wear your bracelet for access to Family Fun Day portion (3-6). No bracelet pass needed for Movie Night portion (7-9).

What do I do during the gap between 6pm-7pm?

During this transition period from Family Fun Day to Movie Night, grab dinner from the food trucks, set up your perfect viewing spot on the field for watching the movie, or just take a break and relax while the movie gets set up.
